
Villa Torricella (210 sqm) consists of a main house (130 sqm) which develops over two and a tower (80 sqm) which develops over three levels.
MAIN HOUSE (sleeps 6)
On the ground floor, you will find a living room with a sea view, as well as an open plan kitchen/dining room with access to a furnished terrace with a dining table and magnificent sea view. There are two bedrooms on this level, one double bedroom (with double bed measuring 160 x 190 cm, Smart TV, sea view and air conditioning) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds each measuring 80 x 200cm, Smart TV, sea view and air conditioning). Additionally, there is a bathroom (with shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet) and a laundry area (with washing machine & dryer).
On the upper level, there is a large master bedroom (with double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, sea view and air conditioning). This bedroom includes a workspace with a printer, computer screen, keyboard, and mouse. Also on this level, there is a bathroom (with a tub, shower, washbasin, bidet, and toilet).
TOWER (sleeps 6 + 2)
On the ground floor you will find a combined living and dining room with a glass door leading to a veranda, and a well-equipped kitchen. This level includes a twin bedroom (with two joinable single beds measuring 80 x 200cm and Smart TV) with an ensuite bathroom (with a shower, washbasin, and toilet) and a laundry area (with washing machine and dryer).
On the upper level you will find a master bedroom (with double bed measuring 180 x 200cm, a sea view and a chill out area), a second double bedroom (with build-in double bed measuring 160 x 200cm) and a bathroom (with a shower, washbasin, and toilet).
In the gallery above the master bedroom, there is a reading area with two single mattresses, a desk/work area and spectacular sea views. Please note that the gallery has a sloping roof with a maximum height of 1.75 cm.
Outside you will find a large terrace featuring a private swimming pool (measuring 3 x 9.5 m with a depth of 1.2m; heatable with solar panels at no extra cost) with a sun terrace and night lights. The villa offers several dining and relaxation areas, as well as a pizza oven and gas barbecue. Off-road parking facilities ensure convenience and security for guests’ vehicles.
