The space

The sleeping area develops over two levels. On the ground floor, you will find four double bedrooms (with double beds), four bathrooms (with showers) and a reading area (with a desk). On the first floor, there is a triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed), a bathroom (with shower) and a guest bathroom (with toilet).

Outside the villa there is a ground-floor terrace and a first-floor veranda, both furnished with tables and outdoor seating. The garden (3,000 sqm) features a swimming pool (15m x 5m; usually open 1 April to 31 October) with a sun terrace (with sun loungers) and shady dining area (with kitchen and barbecue), as well as an outdoor shower and private parking area.
