The villa develops on one level. It has a large open space living area with walls made of glass and views over the garden and pool.
French windows in the living area open onto the terrace with sun lounges and garden furniture. From the living area, we can also access the well equipped kitchen.
The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, both with air conditioning, where one extra bed can be added on request. The master bedroom with an en-suite bathroom with shower. A second bathroom with shower.
Outside, we have a beautiful large pool (16x8m; 1.2 - 3.5m deep) that is half covered, terrace with garden furniture and sun lounges, table and chairs. The pool is beautifully lit at night.

Easy to contact and very prompt at responding. We were given all necessary information well in advance. Payment process was smooth.\n\nThe villa exceeded our expectations really. It's genuinely stunning, and we were bowled over upon arrival at night - and further thrilled in the morning to see just how much of the horizon was filled with picturesque mountainscape. The property is very comfortable and well-equipped; the pool is fantastic, and the garden is huge. The owner's nephew Giancarlo speaks fluent English and was extremely helpful in showing us around and providing local information. (The owner responded very quickly to one minor issue that we reported.) Terrasini itself is charming; it has some very good restaurants, greengrocers and fishmongers, and a couple of nice beaches. It's not a good idea to walk there or back in the summer, but there's a \u20ac15 (one-way) taxi service if designated drivers want to drink. The only (slight) negatives concerned the processes of checking in and out. The driving instructions take you to a famous pasticceria in Cinisi from which you telephone the owner. We don't speak enough Italian to understand what she wanted us to do next, and it would have been easier if we'd simply been told to proceed directly to the villa (easily found on the Google Maps satellite view). On the day of departure the cleaners arrived an hour before the 10am check out time and got straight to work; this made our preparations to leave significantly more challenging than they needed to be. Everything else was fantastic.

Gentilissime e pronte ad assisterci le operatrici che ci hanno contattato sia per telefono che per email. La proprietaria della casa non sapeva della presenza del cane anche se io l'avevo comunicata. Comunque nessun problema, ottimo mediatore.\n\nUna villa veramente bella, elegante e ben strutturata, fornita di tutti i confort. Un paradiso per chi ama il design. Zona tranquilla con molta privacy, adatta a bambini e cani. Eccellente la disposizione dei locali che consente di vivere in modo ottimale i momenti della giornata. La zona barbecue veramente funzionale. La doccia esterna non \u00e8 riscaldata, ma per una sciacquata veloce va bene. Di sera poi diventa terapeutica la combinazione delle luci del giardino e della piscina: grande relax. La Sig.ra Liana \u00e8 squisitamente attenta a tutte le esigenze pur rimanendo discreta e la sua gentilezza rende ancora pi\u00f9 piacevole la vacanza. Soddisfatti al 100%!!

Host helpful and looked after us well. Would recommend a car or taxi to get into town as its just a bit too far to walk comfortably. We used a local Tuk Tuk taxi service (apetours) who were very good. Roads to the villa were not great but no big deal. Villa itself had everything you needed and more with a large garden and great barbeque area.

Our contacts with Italian Breaks were always good; they were efficient, prompt and helpful and we would be happy to use them again and to recommend them. Guilia in particular was a joy to deal with.\n\nThe villa was stylish and elegant; the owners were charming and their nephew was extremely helpful in sorting out a hire car for us. The garden was restful and well designed; there was a barbecue area but we didn't use it and it could have been cleaner. There were a few glitches with things like power cuts and no hot water on our first morning but these were quickly sorted out. The main problem we had was with the description of where the house was in relation to the nearest town and beach. We found the villa's website not quite accurate with regard to these distances and we were at a disadvantage when we first arrived as we did not have a hire car for the first couple of days and to have one is essential.
