Villa Nilda - Private lakefront property with pool

The space

The property is built on a hill and extends over 5 terraced levels down to the beach. The 250 square meter villa develops over 3 levels (all with doors to the outside).

LEVEL 0: Gate, Cars entrance, parking, tennis court, pool, big terrace, pool bathroom (with showers and toilets).

From level 0, you go down to the outdoor stairs and arrive at Level 1.

LEVEL 1: Here we find the big porch with barbecue and bid outdoor table, the main entrance (accessed from the highest floor), kitchen, dining area and living room, as well as one double bedroom and a separate modern bathroom with shower.

From level 1 we go down via the indoor (or outdoor) stairs and arrive at Level 2.

On LEVEL 2, you will find:
- One family suite with double bed and double sofa bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace, lake view, and air conditioning.
- One suite with double bed and single bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and terrace, lake view, and air conditioning.
- One suite with a double bed, en-suite bathroom with shower and garden view.
- One room with double bed and single bed lake view, and air conditioning.

On LEVEL 3, reachable via outdoor stairs, we find a laundry/utility area and a small bathroom with a shower.

On LEVEL 4 we have the private access to the beach and lake.

Outside you will find a terraced garden with steps down the steep hillside to the beach. On level 1 you will find a pool (16 m x 8 m; depth 0.6 m – 3.5 m) with high diving board and sun terrace (with deck chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas), a tennis court, children’s play area and a rooftop terrace (with sun loungers). In the pool area, we have another bathroom with shower.
