The space

Villa Erigero (300 sqm) develops over two levels and is split in 2 apartments, one on each level, with independent entrances.

APARTMENT 1
On the ground floor, you will find a living/dining room (with sofa bed, air conditioning, fireplace, Wi-Fi, and TV) and a well-equipped kitchen (with dishwasher, oven, gas hob, fridge, and toaster). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one double/triple bedroom (with double bed and single bed), one twin bedroom (with two single beds), one bathroom (with bath and shower) and one guest bathroom (with toilet).

APARTMENT 2
On the first floor, you will find a living/dining room (with air conditioning, fireplace, Wi-Fi, and TV) and a well-equipped kitchen (with gas hob, oven, fridge, and kettle). In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed and balcony), one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with bunk beds), one bathroom (with bath, shower, and washing machine) and one guest bathroom (with toilet).

Outside, you will find a garden that includes a swimming pool (10m x 5m; depth 1.4m; open from 1 June to 30 September) with a sun terrace, shady lounge and dining areas, a barbecue and wood oven, as well as a laundry room (with washing and ironing facilities) and parking.
