It is walking distance to the cable car (800m) that allows guests to reach Taormina centre in just a few minutes (approximately 5 minutes car ride). Walking about 10 minutes towards Isola Bella beach and the cable car departure station, you will find along the street restaurants/pizzerias, 1 bar, 1 very good street food with typical Sicilian products , 2 minimarkets which also sell bread, 1 pharmacy and souvenir shops.
You will access the accommodation from the private parking area via a lift going down to each floor. The lift opens onto covered corridors with doors to the individual apartments including Villette Taormina. The lift takes also to the magnificent infinity swimming pool (usually open between May 1 - October 31; please enquire for specific dates) and to sea level below, where there is a private solarium reserved for all the apartments in the resort and equipped with sun loungers and umbrellas.
THE APARTMENT
From the external corridor on the ground floor, you will access a large and beautifully furnished living room, with dining table for 6, 40" TV with Satellite channels with USB port , and doors to a spacious furnished terrace with full sea view. There is a kitchen with cooker, oven, kettle, microwave, fridge/freezer and dishwasher.
On the other side of the external (communal) corridor, you will find a second door located opposite the main entrance that leads to a room with double bed (size is 160x190cm) with bathroom with shower. Please note that this bedroom is separate from the main area of the apartment, therefore not suitable for young children.
On the first floor there is a spacious double bedroom with sea view, and one bathroom with shower. From this floor, few outdoor covered steps lead to a further double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.
Facilities: air conditioning units in the bedrooms for cold and hot, washing machine, dishwasher, iron, 40" TV with USB port, stereo, hairdryer, private parking space, shared swimming pool, safe-box, table tennis in the building's communal area, microwave oven, fridge, freezer, kettle, gas hob, oven, toaster, carbon monoxide detector, smoke detector, coffee machine (capsules), bed linen, bathroom towels, pool towels.
The building has 2 lifts: one from the parking area (on the roof of the building which is at street level) that takes you to the apartments and to the pool area, and one larger lift that takes you from the apartments to the beach. From where the lift stops, there are about 20 steps to reach the beach.
PLEASE NOTE:
- The apartment can accommodate maximum 6 guests, including babies.
- The pool normally opens on May 1st, weather permitting. For May bookings, please keep in mind that if April has been particularly rainy or stormy, some condominium services may no work such as lift, ladder into the sea (if the sea has been stormy, it can be taken away by waves), parts of the rocks, etc. We kindly ask to keep the April weather in mind.
- When the pool is closed, the lift going down to see level is also closed. Pool is usually open between May 1 to October 31; please enquire for specific information if your dates are outside of these, or beginning of May - end of October, as it can sometimes vary.
- The step ladder that goes into the sea, is taken off by the building admin between September 20th and early October, so access to the sea is only possible via the rocks.

Fantastic appartment with a wonderful view. Good space. You will need to have good legs, as there are many steps to the private beach - all though they also have an elevator for the lazy ones .... :-) We were actually only missing 1 thing - a gas grill which easily could be standing on the big terrasse, as it is hot standing inside cooking. We are most definately comming back to Sicily, and if also back to Taormina, we will rent Marco\u00b4s appartment again.

Beautiful location with stunning views of the sea. The apartments have access to a nice pool and a private grotto which in my opinion is the nicest part. Apartment is good with a functioning kitchen and a tv area. Balcony is really nice with beautiful views. Bedrooms are the only negative. They are small and outdated. Local shops and cafes are only 10min walk as well as the cable car into Taormina old town.\nResponse from Cristina:\nDear Paul, \nI am glad you enjoyed the stunning views , pool area , excellent location and general facilities.\nI am sorry you found the bedroom smaller than what you expected. This is a gorgeous apartment with the best view in taormina probably. Wonderful shared spaces and the path down to the ocean is worth a visit on its own even if you're not living there. It has a design perfect for sharing if you're 3-4 couples or small families with common areas but also complete privacy

The owner signor Marco was very friendly and helpful and gave us a lot of useful information. Not all rooms are situated in the main appartment, which we did not know. The house is very clean and nice. The road towards Isola Bella\/ cable car is quite dangerous, especially at night. To spend a nice holiday here, you definitely need to rent a car, most of all because the beaches around are not that special.

Amazing location with stunning view of Isola Bella from the main bedroom, terrace and pool. The two bedrooms separated from the main apartment are more suitable for older teenagers\/adults. Sea swimming suits good swimmers (reef shoes and jellyfish protection advised for swims to Isola Bella and the cove beyond the dive centre). Beautiful pool with good facilities cleaned daily. Short walk to shops, cafes, restaurants and cable car but road lacks a continuous pavement, so caution advised. Kayaks available to hire from the main beach.
