The 600 square meter villa develops over 3 levels.

From the entrance hall (on the lake shore level), you will find a large living space with doors that open onto a large lakeside terrace (with comfortable seating and dining table and chairs). You will also find a well-equipped kitchen (with patio winter garden), a bathroom (with shower) and a laundry room on this level.

On the garden level you will find one double bedroom (with king size, twin-convertible bed), one double bedroom (with double bed, fireplace and lakeside balcony) with en-suite bathroom (with bath) and one double bedroom (with double bed, fireplace and park-side balcony) with en-suite bathroom (with bath). You will also find a separate bathroom (with bath).

On the top floor there is a central hall and three bedrooms. One double bedroom (with king size, twin-convertible bed and lake view) with an en-suite bathroom (with bath), one double bedroom (with king size, twin-convertible bed and lake view) with an en-suite bathroom (with bath) and one double bedroom (with king size, twin-convertible bed with park view) with a separate bathroom (with bath).

The outside is composed of a large garden with a private swimming pool (12 m x 3 m; depth 1.3 m) with sun terrace (with sun loungers and comfortable outdoor seating), a private patio and private lake dock. On the lakeshore level you will also find a lakeside terrace (with table and chairs) and spacious balconies on the upper two levels.

From the main entrance on the ground floor, you enter through a courtyard into the entrance hall (with a staircase and lift to the first floor). From the entrance hall, you will find a well-equipped kitchen (with doors onto an outside dining terrace), a living room (with comfortable seating and a working fireplace), a music room (with a Steinway grand piano and doors to a balcony with lake views), a dining room (with fireplace) and a bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor you will find a central living room with lake view (with comfortable seating and a fireplace) and a sleeping area composed of one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath), one double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath) and a further double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath).

On the second floor (which can be accessed independently of the first floor), you will find a central living room with lake view (with comfortable seating), a kitchenette/bar and a laundry room. The sleeping area includes one double bedroom with lake view (with twin/convertible double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath), one double bedroom with lake view (with twin/convertible double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath), one double bedroom (with twin/convertible double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower) and one double bedroom (with French bed – normally suitable for one adult or two children) with en-suite bathroom (with shower).
