The villa is composed of a living area (with single sofa bed and dining table/chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen. One double bedroom (with double bed) and one single bedroom (with single bed). A bathroom (with shower) and a laundry room (with a second shower) accessed from outside.
Outside, you will find a garden overlooking a rocky beach, a sun terrace with a Jacuzzi (not heated; 2x2m; depth 0.5 m – 1.2 m; open 01/03 – 30/11) and a veranda with a covered dining area (with table and chairs), seating and a barbecue.

Finite le ns vacanze alla Bussola. Entusiasti della location, che conosciamo benissimo avendo due case nel comprensorio fin dagli anni \u201870. Prime colazioni al sorgere del sole e serate con il mare baciato dalla luna, stupende. Molto apprezzata dai ns nipoti, la Jacuzzi . Come sopra valutato, il ns giudizio \u00e8 eccellente. Unico piccolo neo, per un utilizzo di 4 settimane, la mancanza di spazi e di armadi. Infatti, essendo solo in due, la cameretta veniva usata come ripostiglio e armadio all\u2019aperto. Un particolare apprezzamento per la collaborazione, discreta e molto professionale, della sig.ra Federica, sempre pronta ad esaudire ogni ns richiesta e sempre disponibile anche per telefono per meglio indirizzarci nel trovare i tanti utensili messi a disposizione dell\u2019alloggio e a spiegare i vari funzionamenti, soprattutto della tenda elettrica, cui teneva molto, invitandoci con messaggi \u201cmolto garbati\u201d, nelle giornate di vento, a chiuderla. Ci sentiremo presto, per parlare dell\u2019estate \u201822.

The house and grounds were very nice and well maintained. We spent very nice and relaxing days there right by the sea. The agency was always very helpful and very friendly. The outdoor gas grill didn't work, but a new gas grill was brought in immediately the next day. TOP service !!!. A small flaw somewhat clouds the overall picture.
