MAIN HOUSE
The ground floor offers a bright living room with a fireplace, a very large and cosy kitchen and five double bedrooms, and three bathrooms with shower.
ANNEX
Next to the main body of the villa there is an additional building with private entrance, equipped with a spacious room with double sofa bed and bathroom with shower facilities.
The outside area is composed of a private swimming pool 13m x 6m 1,5m deep filled with salt water (no chlorine) and a large garden surrounding the villa, where you could also find in the backyard an additional green space of more than half a hectare, with fruit and olive trees.
Facilities: salt watered swimming pool without chlorine, solarium, external shower, terrace, barbeque, air conditioning, washing machine, dishwasher, Wi-Fi, fridge-freezer, iron & iron board, DVD player, TV, under-floor heating, car parking for up to 8 cars, mosquito nets, hair-dryer, baby cot and high chairs can be provided on request, only small pets allowed on request, up to four extra camp beds can be provided.
