The villa develops over one floor.
On the ground floor, we find a bright and spacious open plan area divided into a living room, dining area, open plan kitchen – all furnished with taste and quality. From here you can access the beautiful terrace. The sleeping rooms consist of two double bedrooms and one quadruple bedroom (with two double bunk beds). There are two bathrooms with shower.
Outside, set on extensive gardens, we have a private swimming pool (10x4m; 1.2m – 1.8m deep; open from June 1 to September 30) equipped with sun lounges and umbrella, from where you can enjoy the beautiful sea views. There is a large terrace furnished with comfortable garden furniture and table with chairs for al-fresco meals.
