The 120 square meter villa develops over two levels.
The ground floor: From the entrance you find an open plan living area with comfortable seating at one end and a kitchen/diner with a table and chairs at the other end. Next to the living area there is a bathroom (with shower) and utility room.
Lower floor: The lower floor is accessed via stairs from the living area. It composes of 2 double bedrooms (with double beds), 1 twin bedroom (with 2 single beds) and 2 bathrooms (one with bath and one with shower).
The outside is composed of a private swimming pool (12 m x 6 m; depth 1.2 m - 2.7 m; Open 01/04 - 31/10) surrounded by a large terrace and small garden. You will also find a covered veranda (with dining table and chairs) for Al fresco dining and a barbecue area.

wir erinnern uns gern an den sizilianischen Urlaub. Das Haus mit einen modernen Standard mit allen Annehmlichkeiten. Die gegen\u00fcberliegende eher unscheinbare Pizzeria bot ein typisches sizilianisches Repertoire an Gerichten. Eher einfach in der Ausstattung waren die gebotenen Speisen hervorragend. Der eigentliche Ort war ruhig, fast zu ruhig, doch sind Palermo und andere gr\u00f6\u00dfere Orte unkompliziert mit dem notwendigen Mietwagen erreichbar. M\u00e4rkte der Umgebung und die gegebenen Voraussetzungen des Hauses passen gut auch zur eigenen Zubereitung in der Villa. F\u00fcr uns war es die erste Reise nach Sizilien \u2013 wir werden es wieder machen !

Everything was to a very high standard. A bit of confusion about picking up keys. The owner was very hospitable and friendly. The location was perfect for us. We all really enjoyed our week there. Villa is named Villa Charme and not Afrodite?

Bella villa ben fornita e rifinita con massima cura ed attenzione ai minimi dettagli. Spazi esterni ben curati con una bella piscina non recintata e di ottime dimensioni e ampio spazio barbecue. Perfetta per famiglie con figli piu\u2019 grandi o gruppi di amici. Siamo stati bene anche se un po\u2019 rumorosa perche\u2019 a pochi passi dal mare. La signora Rosaria e\u2019 molto disponibile e accorta... una bella posizione per scoprire i dintorni e far gite sia via mare che in auto. L\u2019 auto e\u2019 indispensabile in quanto il paese e\u2019 poco servito.
