Description

Nestled in the beautiful olive groves with views of the sea and one of Puglia's national parks the villa is found near the town of Caravigno. La Farfalle enjoys the tranquillity of the countryside while also being within easy driving distance (11km) from the beautiful medieval town of Ostuni, The White City, where we can find a good choice of shops and restaurants. Another benefit of the villa's location is that it is only a short drive from the sandy beaches of Apulia.

The space

Villa Le Farfalle is composed of a main house and an annex.

MAIN HOUSE
The main house develops on two floors.
On the ground floor we have an open plan kitchen and living room with sofa, utility room and a bathroom with steam shower.
On the first floor accessed via a staircase we have a beautiful master bedroom suite with remote control operated roof, perfect for stargazing! The suite also has its own terrace sofas and table, a bathroom with shower.

ANNEX
The annex is connected to the main house by a covered corridor which opens onto the terrace and is on one floor only, with two double bedrooms with sea view and a bathroom with shower. All bedrooms have air conditioning.

Outside, we have a private swimming pool (4x8m; 1.5m deep) with sun lounges and external shower, covered terrace with table, chairs and sofas. By the pool, there is a gazebo with table, chairs and external kitchen with barbecue and sink.
