The space

Villa Soleluna is a recently renovated family home, thoughtfully designed across three levels to blend traditional Ligurian charm with contemporary comfort.

INTERIORS
On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming lounge with a stylish corner bar, perfect for summer evening. The sleeping rooms consist of one twin bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, one double bedroom with ensuite bathroom with shower, one twin bedroom, one separate bathroom with shower, and a laundry room.

The intermediate floor hosts a bright, open-plan living area with dining room, with access to a sea-view terrace, alongside a well-equipped kitchen.

Upstairs, the top floor features a serene sleeping area: one double bedroom overlooking the garden and a master bedroom with private study and sea view. Two separate modern bathrooms with showers complete the layout.

EXTERIOR
Surrounded by olive trees, Mediterranean plants, and manicured lawns, the villa’s garden is an oasis of peace and beauty. The outdoor area includes multiple sun loungers, parasols, comfortable sofas, and a charming al fresco dining zone shaded by a pergola and complete with a barbecue. A panoramic terrace offers the perfect setting for breakfast with a sea breeze. The highlight is the private swimming pool which can be heated on request (12x6m; 2m deep; open from middle of May to end of September), impeccably maintained and enjoying sweeping views over the Ligurian coastline—your own slice of paradise. Private parking and attentive maintenance services are also included for a worry-free stay.

Facilities: daily housekeeper (from 9am to 1pm), air conditioning, covered garage and private parking for 10 cars, barbecue, Wi-Fi Internet, washing machine, dishwasher, ice maker, coffee machine, toaster, oven, stove, fridge, freezer.
