Villa Soleluna is a recently renovated family home, thoughtfully designed across three levels to blend traditional Ligurian charm with contemporary comfort.
INTERIORS
On the ground floor, you'll find a welcoming lounge with a stylish corner bar, perfect for summer evening. The sleeping rooms consist of:
- one double bedroom with sea views, ensuite bathroom with shower and access to the garden
- one double bedroom with sea views and ensuite bathroom with shower
- one bedroom with 2 single beds and air conditioning
There is one separate bathroom with shower and turkish bath, and a laundry room.
On the first floor, we have a bright, open-plan living area with dining room, with access to a sea-view terrace, alongside a well-equipped kitchen.
On the second floor, we find the remaining bedrooms:
- one double room with garden view and air conditioning
- one double room with sea views and air conditioning
Two separate bathrooms with shower.
EXTERIOR
Surrounded by olive trees, Mediterranean plants, and manicured lawns, the villa’s garden is an oasis of peace and beauty. The outdoor area includes multiple sun loungers, parasols, comfortable sofas, and a charming al fresco dining zone shaded by a pergola and complete with a barbecue. A panoramic terrace offers the perfect setting for breakfast with a sea breeze. The highlight is the private swimming pool which can be heated on request (12x6m; 2m deep; open from middle of May to end of September), impeccably maintained and enjoying sweeping views over the Ligurian coastline—your own slice of paradise. Private parking and attentive maintenance services are also included for a worry-free stay.
