The space

Villa Brio (500 sqm) develops over three levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a bright living and dining room, a lounge area and a well-equipped kitchen and pantry. There is also a guest bathroom (with toilet) and direct access to the garden, terrace, barbecue area and parking area.

On the first floor, you will find a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and three bedrooms:

- one double bedroom (with double bed) with an ensuite bathroom (with tub) and a sea-view balcony;
- one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds pushed together as a double bed) with an ensuite bathroom (with tub) and a sea-view balcony;
- one double bedroom (with small double bed -190 x 110 cm).

On the second floor, there is an apartment with a living room, open kitchen, and double bedroom (with king size bed) with an ensuite bathroom (with tub) and sea view balcony, and one double bedroom (with double bed and balcony) with ensuite bathroom (with tub).

Outside, a fenced Mediterranean garden provides a well-maintained area for guests to relax. The garden features a fenced swimming pool (open May to October) with a shallow area for children, and a poolside lounge area with comfortable seating and sun loungers. The swimming pool is served by an annex with a guest bathroom and large shower. Additionally, the garden features an outdoor dining space, a wood-burning oven and barbecue for alfresco meals, as well as shaded terraces with awnings. Balconies on each floor offer additional spaces for relaxation and taking in the views.
