The space

Villa Brio (500 sqm) develops over three levels.

On the ground floor, you will find a bright living and dining room, a lounge area and a well-equipped kitchen and pantry. There is also a guest bathroom (with toilet) and direct access to the garden, terrace, barbecue area and parking area.

On the first floor, you will find a laundry room (with washing machine and dryer) and three bedrooms:

- one double bedroom (with double bed) with an ensuite bathroom (with tub) and a sea-view balcony;
- one double/twin bedroom (with two single beds pushed together as a double bed) with an ensuite bathroom (with tub) and a sea-view balcony;
- one double bedroom (with small double bed).

On the third and top floor there is a double bedroom with an en-suite bathroom and a garden-view balcony.

Completing the property is a separate apartment with independent entrance, living room, kitchenette, double bedroom with garden view, and bathroom with shower.

Outside, a fenced Mediterranean garden provides a well-maintained area for guests to relax. The garden features a fenced swimming pool (open May to October) with a shallow area for children, and a poolside lounge area with comfortable seating and sun loungers. The swimming pool is served by an annex with a guest bathroom and large shower. Additionally, the garden features an outdoor dining space, a wood-burning oven and barbecue for alfresco meals, as well as shaded terraces with awnings.
