The space

Arranged over two levels within the protected Portofino Regional Natural Park, it accommodates up to 10 guests in six air-conditioned bedrooms.

First Floor:
- large living room and dining room with sliding French doors opening out onto the patio
- separate kitchen with fridge washing machine, dryer, dishwasher and oven.

Downstairs:
- 1 double bedroom with a fixed double bed measuring 180 × 200 cm, and en-suite bathroom with shower
- 1 twin bedroom, (85x200cm each) which can be converted into a double bed upon request, with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside, the property offers beautiful terraces with stunning sea views and outdoor furnishings, and a direct private access to the sea below.

A private elevator connects the harbour with the pedestrian road that gets to the lighthouse, along this road are located the most exclusive villas: the villa is about 300 meters from the elevator. In addition, there are several lovely outlooks on the way down (approx. 112 steps) to the sea and platform from where you can swim.

Services included in the price:
- Water, electricity and gas.
- Porter service: Assistance with luggage upon arrival and departure, subject to the agreed service hours. Max 10 pieces of luggage; any additional luggage will incur an extra charge
- Welcome grocery package
- Resident Staff: A discreet staff member resides within the villa in a separate area with independent external access and no internal connection to the main living areas. She is available outside regular housekeeping hours upon request, except on her day off.
- Daily Housekeeping: Approximately 5–6 hours per day, six days a week. Schedules can be customised by prior arrangement, with enhanced privacy available on request.
- Linen: Towels changed twice a week; Bed linen changed once a week; Additional towel or linen changes available by prior agreement and charged separately

PLEASE NOTE:
- The property is laid out across multiple terraced levels rather than on flat ground, therefore not suitable for guests with reduced mobility
- A resident housekeeper provides daily assistance according to the agreed service schedule. The housekeeper room is located in the downstairs area.
- Additional services, including a private chef, pre-arrival grocery shopping, porter assistance and private transfers, can be arranged in advance, subject to availability and additional charges.
- The shops in Santa Margherita can deliver food to the villa (the service is charged). Porter service available (extra cost; only from 4pm to 6pm) - please note that it must be pre-arranged in advance.
- The Portofino Regional Natural Park is a protected area of exceptional natural beauty and ecological sensitivity. To preserve its fragile environment, specific regulations established by the relevant authorities must be strictly respected. The lighting of any fire is strictly prohibited. For this reason, the use of barbecues, fireplaces, and candles is not permitted anywhere on the property. Smoking: Not permitted indoors. Outdoors, please take extra care in windy conditions. We kindly ask all guests to respect these regulations and help protect this unique natural environment
