The space

Villa Albertina (100 sqm) develops over two levels (ground and first floor).

On the ground floor, you will find a bright, open plan living room with a sitting area (with double sofa bed and TV), a dining area (with table seating 6) and a well-equipped open kitchen. French doors give access to the private porch and swimming pool.

The sleeping area consists of three bedrooms and three bathrooms. On the ground floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed, closet, and access to the garden) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and one double bedroom (with double bed and closet). On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed, walk-in closet, and TV) with ensuite bathroom (with shower) and access to a terrace. A third bathroom (with shower) completes the layout.

Outside the villa offers a shady porch with an outdoor dining area (with table for 6), a lawn and a private swimming pool (open 1 May to 30 September). There is also a private terrace (accessed from the first-floor bedroom) and a garage inside the property.
