The space

Villa Plumeria (150 sqm) develops over three levels.

On the lower floor, you will find one double bedroom (with a double sofa bed), a bathroom (with shower) and a laundry area (with washing machine, iron, and ironing board).

On the ground floor, you will find a bright open plan living room which overlooks the garden and pool. The living room consists of a sitting area (with a double sofa bed and TV), a dining area (with table and chairs) and a well-equipped kitchen area. There is also a guest bathroom (with toilet) on the ground floor.

On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed, private balcony, and lake view), one twin bedroom (with two single beds) and a bathroom (with a shower).

Outside, you will find a shady terrace and a well-maintained garden with grassy areas and a swimming pool (open from 1 May to 30 September). Guests can park their cars in the garage or in the private parking place (measurements: width 3.70m length 9m height 2.20m).
