The space

Casa Geovana (75 sqm) develops over two levels.

On the ground floor, you will find an open plan living room (with doors onto the garden) with a sitting area (with a sofa bed suitable for one adult or two children under 14), a dining area (with a table that seats six), a well-equipped kitchen area and a computer desk.

On the first floor, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin bedroom (with a single bed and pull-out bed) and a bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the apartment has a pretty, hedged garden ideal for sunbathing and a shaded dining terrace with a table, chairs, and a barbecue. The communal pool (12 m x 8 m; depth 0.76 m – 1.46 m; open 15 June – 15 September) is just a short walk away from the villa.
