The house develops on two levels.
On the ground floor we have the spacious living room with sofas, TV, fireplace and a stunning view across the garden. From the living room we access the separate kitchen which has direct access to the covered terrace and Is equipped with fridge, freezer, oven, stove, dishwasher, and more. The sleeping area consists of one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower; two double bedrooms. All three bedrooms have direct access to the outside area. There are also two additional bathrooms: one guest bathroom with sink and toilet and one bathroom with shower and tub for the other two bedrooms.
On the lower level, we find two large double bedrooms and one separate bathroom with shower. Here we also have the laundry room.
Outside, the villa has a swimming pool (8 x 3m; depth 1.4m) and a beautiful, covered terrace furnished with table and chairs for al-fresco meals while enjoying the lake views. At about 200 metres from the villa, we find the shared swimming pools (shared with some nearby villas) and two tennis courts. Nearby you can also find a popular golf course (2 course, 27 holes).
