The space

The villa develops over two levels, and consists of two communicating but completely independent apartments, each with a kitchen, living room, bedrooms and bathrooms.

MEZZANINE LEVEL
There is a large living room with sofas and dining area, from where you can enjoy the beautiful lake views. From the living there is direct access to the terrace. On this level, we also find 2 bedrooms: one double bedroom with lake views, air conditioning, en-suite bathroom with shower and bathtub, and terrace; one double bedroom with lake views, air conditioning, and a separate adjacent bathroom with bathtub.
There is a large kitchen with table and chairs, equipped with dishwasher, Nespresso coffee maker, oven, fridge, freezer, microwave, hob, toaster, kettle, juicer, and more; the kitchen opens onto the terrace.

LOWER LEVEL
On the lower level, we find a smaller kitchen, better suited for preparing a barbecue meal. The sleeping area here consists of: 2 bedrooms with double beds; one bedroom with single bed and en-suite bathroom with shower; there is one single bed in a room passing through to get to the single room (pass-through room so not a bedroom). One separate bathroom with shower.

Outside, the villa is set in a 5000 square metres garden with a private swimming pool (18x6m; shallow water area for children and a deep water area for diving) equipped with sun lounges, umbrellas and a small covered gazebo area. From the pool you can enjoy spectacular views across Lake Garda and the opposite shore, dotted with Italian villages. The villa also has a covered terrace furnished with outdoor sofas and chairs, table with chairs for al-fresco meals. In the garden, there is also a small house for children and a ping pong table.
