The space

The villa develops over three levels.

On the ground floor we have the entrance with living room and dining area with direct access to the garden. The kitchen is designed in a classic style and also offers direct access to the outdoor patio. There is also one double bedroom and a bathroom with bath tub.

On the first floor we find one double bedroom with a large terrace that overlooks the lake and an en-suite bathroom with shower.

In the lower level, there are another two bedrooms: one double and one bedroom with two double beds, sofa and fireplace; there is a separate bathroom with shower. Here we also find the laundry area and the large garage.

Outside, the covered terrace is equipped with table, chairs and cooking area with barbecue, perfect for those al-fresco evenings. The private swimming pool (14x6m) is equipped with diving board, sun lounges and umbrellas. The garden also offers a wooden house for children, table tennis and a trampoline.
