The space

Developing over 260 sqm, the property extends over three levels overlooking landscaped terraces and garden.

On the ground floor, we find a small room with sofa bed and en-suite bathroom with shower, and large glass door with direct access to the pool area and garden. On this same floor, we find a double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, overlooking the garden and swimming pool.

On the first level, there is the kitchen, equipped with modern amenities (such as dishwasher, microwave, fridge / freezer, toaster and Nespresso coffee machine, kettle and Berkel slicer. Dining table for 10 people) and offering direct access to the terrace; romantic and characteristic it is covered by a pergola of vines, with modern gas barbecue and enjoys a beautiful lake view. From the kitchen we access the living room with exposed beams, sofas for 10 people and TV with digital cable and SKY satellite connection.

On the second level we find more bedrooms; two spacious bedrooms with lake view: one is a quadruple bedroom with one double bed plus two beds for children up to 8 years old and with en-suite bathroom with shower, and the other is a twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower.

Outside, the vilal offers terraces in a large garden, a private swimming pool with whirpool area (approx. 15x2.5m; 1.4m deep) with sun lounges and deck area. There is also a trampoline for children and basketball basket

Please note that you cannot arrive in the villa with a very large van or with a camper; you can easily have access with a car even as large as a mercedes glk (about 2 meters width), if customers have a larger car there is a convenient public parking at about 300 meters. There is an Ape car in the villa for those that know how to use/drive one.
