The space

This 500 square metre villa develops over 3 levels.

On the ground floor you will find an entrance hall that leads to a games room, study/reading room, a studio and a guest bathroom (with toilet).

On the first floor you will find a living room (with sofa seating), a sitting area/reading area (with stone fireplace), a dining room (with table & chairs for 16 people), a well-equipped kitchen and a guest bathroom (with toilet). In the sleeping area there is a master bedroom (with double bed, 2 single arm chair beds and a balcony) with en-suite bathroom (with shower).

On the second floor you will find six bedroom in two different areas. In the main house area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed and balcony) and one double bedroom (with double bed). In the attic area (under sloping wooden ceilings) you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin room (with two single beds that can become a double), one twin room (with two single beds) and a single room (with a single bed). You will also find three bathrooms (two with shower and one with bath and shower).

The outside area is composed of a 6,000 square metre terraced garden with stunning views, an outdoor dining/sitting area (with table and seating for 15 people) and a barbecue. A private pool with lake views is being built and will be ready in March 2025 (pool measures 6.40m x 3.40m, is above ground, with depth of 1.20m), as well as a new porch furnished with an outdoor kitchen, barbecue, table and chairs.
