The space

The 220 square meter villa develops over 3 levels.

On the lower ground floor you will find a suite (with double bed and double sofa bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), kitchenette and dining/sitting area.

On the ground floor you find a large living space with a lounge (with sofa seating for 10 people) and a dining area (with table and chairs for 8/10 people). You will also find a well-equipped kitchen, a study/sitting room (with a sofa bed suitable for 1 adult or 2 children) and a family bathroom (with shower).

On the first floor you will find one master bedroom (with double bed; 170x190cm) with en-suite bathroom (with bath and shower head), one double bedroom (with double bed,170x190cm, and balcony), one single bedroom (with single bed, 80x190cm, and balcony) with en-suite bathroom (with shower), one small single bedroom (with a single bed, 80x190cm, and balcony), one twin bedroom (with two single beds, 80x190cm each) and a family bathroom (with shower).

Outside you will find a fully fenced garden, a private swimming pool (8 m x 5 m; equipped with deck chairs, sun loungers and umbrellas) and an outside dining and barbecue area (with table and chairs for 10 people).
