The space

The 160 square meter villa is built on a hill and develops over 4 levels (2 at ground level).

On ground level one (at lake level) you will find a well-equipped kitchen/diner (with table and chairs for 10 people), a bathroom (with shower and toilet) and a closet (with laundry facilities).

On ground level two (terraced garden level) you will find a lounge area (with comfortable seating) and a storage area (suitable for luggage etc.).

On the first floor you will find a master bedroom (with large double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with shower, toilet and bidet) and a family bathroom (with bath, shower, toilet and bidet).
On the second floor you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) and a single bedroom (with single bed).

Note: There are two fold out sofa beds available for guests. The master bedroom can accommodate both beds or one can be set up in the master bedroom and one in the second floor double bedroom.

Outside you will find a well-kept garden (with sun loungers along the waterfront), a large outdoor Jacuzzi/mini pool, covered dining area (with table and chairs for 8 people), barbecue, private buoy for guest’s boat parking (directly in front of the villa) and a private swimming dock.
