VILLA FEDELLA - SALO AREA

Renovated in 2013, Villa Fedella is a lovely family villa with a private pool and beautiful views over Lake Garda. Located on the western shore of the lake, the villa is a short walk (1000 m) from shops, bars and restaurants and close to lively lakeside town of Salò (3.2 km) with its lanes and piazzas, elegant shops and long promenade, where you can stroll along the lake with beaches to one side and cafés, restaurants, bars and delightful small shops to the other.

The space

The 260 square meter villa develops over 2 levels.

On the ground floor you will find an open plan living space (with comfortable seating, dining table and chairs for 10 and a piano) and a well-equipped kitchen (with table and chairs for 8/10 people).

Up a few steps from the living area you will find a sleeping area with a family suite (with double bed and bunk beds), two double bedrooms (with double beds) and two bathrooms (with shower).

On the lower ground floor you will find a double bedroom (with double bed) and a single bunk bed, a double bedroom and a bathroom (with shower and washing machine).

Outside, the villa is set in a 7000 square metre private park (with olive groves, lawns and woods) with a private swimming pool (11m x 6 m; 0.6 - 2m deep) equipped with sun loungers, deck chairs and umbrellas. You will also find a terrace (with table and chairs for 10 people) and a barbecue area (with covered gazebo and table for 10 people).
