The space

The 400 square meter villa develops over 3 levels.

On the ground floor you will find a large lounge (with comfortable seating), an adjoining dining room (with table and chairs for 8/10 people), a well-equipped kitchen and a bathroom (with toilet).

On the first floor you will find a master double bedroom (with double bed) with en-suite bathroom (with bath & shower) and walk-in wardrobe, one double bedroom (with double bed), one triple bedroom (with two 130cmx190 beds and a single bed), one single bedroom (with single bed) and a common bathroom (with shower).

On the second floor you find a large family suite (with a large terrace) composed of a large room with double bed and two sofa beds (each sofa bed turns into two single beds that can be joined together), a small room with wardrobe walk-in closet, and a private bathroom (with shower).

Outside you will find a large garden (with colourful flowers and ancient trees). Steps lead you down to a private swimming pool (13 m x 8 m; open end March - end November) with diving board and sun terrace (with sun loungers and deck chairs). You will also find a ground floor patio, an outdoor dining area (with table and barbecue) and a top floor terrace overlooking the lake.
