Description

This historical residence is 2km from the lake and the historical centre of Peschiera del Garda. The entire complex is located in a wonderful park with a swimming pool (5m x 16m) and it is next door to Peschiera's golf club. There is a reception area and bar.

The space

The 15 apartments are all around the courtyard and are elegantly furnished, all with Satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, telephone (only for internal calls) and internet connection, safe and hairdryer. There is a large garden, parking, communal laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron; there is also a shared BBQ.

Services at the golf club next door: 18-hole golf course, indoor swimming pool, health club, tennis courts, football pitch, bicycle hire, restaurant/pizzeria. Guests staying at Casa Alberta benefit from special rates.

There are only two Three Bedroom Apartments, one on the ground floor and one on the first floor.

Distances
Nearest restaurant/pizzeria in the Golf Club 250m from Casa Alberta. One or two more restaurants within 1km.
Nearest shops: some convenience stores are located within the Golf Club.
There is a nice promenade of around 3km along the River Mincio to reach Peschiera (300m of which do not have side pavement).
