The space

The 15 apartments are all around the courtyard and are elegantly furnished, all with Satellite TV, air conditioning, heating, telephone (only for internal calls) and internet connection, safe and hairdryer. There is a large garden, parking, communal laundry room with washing machine and dryer, iron; there is also a shared BBQ.

Services at the golf club next door: 18-hole golf course, indoor swimming pool, health club, tennis courts, football pitch, bicycle hire, restaurant/pizzeria. Guests staying at Casa Alberta benefit from special rates.

Furnished private garden. Please note that some of these apartments are on two levels (ground and first floor).

Nearest restaurant/pizzeria in the Golf Club 250m from Casa Alberta. One or two more restaurants within 1km.
Nearest shops: some convenience stores are located within the Golf Club.
There is a nice promenade of around 3km along the River Mincio to reach Peschiera (300m of which do not have side pavement).
