The space

Villa Tatiana House + Annex consists of a main villa (450 sqm) which develops over three floors, and an annex (130 sqm).

HOUSE (sleeps 7)
On the ground floor you will find a generous living room bathed in natural light featuring comfortable sofas and armchairs. There is a separate formal dining room that comfortably seats 12 guests, as well as a well-equipped modern kitchen, guest bathroom (with toilet) and laundry facilities (washer dryer).

On the first floor you will find one double bedroom featuring a king size bed and a balcony. Another double bedroom boasts a queen size bed and opens onto a furnished terrace. Additionally, a cozy single bedroom with single bed completes the sleeping arrangements. There is also one bathroom equipped with a tub and one bathroom featuring a shower.

On the second floor you will find a twin bedroom with a lake view and ensuite bathroom featuring a tub. A terrace completes this floor.

All bedrooms are equipped with air conditioning and satellite TV, and each bathroom is equipped with a hairdryer.

ANNEX (sleeps 4)
The annex is available for rent on request, with an additional charge. It spans two floors and it’s worth noting that the quality of annex is slightly inferior to that of the main villa.

The ground floor features a living/dining room with lake views, a compact kitchen, and a bathroom (with a shower).

On the first floor, there is one double bedroom (with a double bed) and one twin bedroom (with two single beds), both sharing a bathroom with a jacuzzi tub.

Outside, you will find a private lakefront garden with lush lawns and expansive terraces. Here, you will find a private swimming pool (measuring 10 x 4 m; 1.5 to 2.5m deep; heated on request at extra cost; open 1 April to 30 October) with a sun terrace. Additionally, there is a shady alfresco dining spot, a jacuzzi hot tub (for up to 7 guests), and a covered private parking area (for 5 cars) equipped with a charging station and an elevator that takes you to the ground floor.

Special notes:
In winter every unit (Main house, Lake Suite & Annex) can be rented independently. The rental cost of Lake Suites is provided upon request. Pool needs one day to be heated before arrival. Please ask in advance if you like.
