The space

Casa Ammannati is split on two levels:

Main floor: (few steps up from main facade)
Casa Ammannati spreads over the whole main floor of the villa (210sqm). It features an elegant living room with modern technology (flat screen satellite TV, sound Bose system, Wi-fi internet). The kitchen features granite work top, fridge/freezer, double oven hob and microwave. Both rooms have access to the patio area. A corridor will lead you to the two bedrooms. The master bedroom has a double bed (160 x 200 cm) with hand painted ceilings and windows offering views over the lake. It has its own en-suite bathroom with Jacuzzi bath. The second bedroom (90 x 200 cm each; double or twin beds as required) has access to the patio. Next to the bedroom you will find a bathroom with power shower.

Lower floor (garden level) 76sqm
Accessible directly from the garden or from the hallway through a staircase you will access an independent unit with small kitchenette (electric cooker, microwave, kettle and coffee machine). On this level there is a fitness room, TV, the laundry room (washing machine, tumble dryer, iron and ironing board). You will find a bathroom with shower and a twin room (beds 90 x 200 cm each; cannot be joined together).

The patio (70m2) offers outdoor living space with garden furniture and a hot tub Jacuzzi for four people. From the patio area one can enjoy the lake views. There is parking inside the property for two medium sized cars.

An iron gate leads to the main villa. At the back you will find the garage and the entrance of the upstairs units. However, Casa Ammannati is private and independent and has its own entrance from the main facade. There is also a second access in the back of the house which is shared with the other two units.

PLEASE NOTE:
- Cameras in the kitchen, living room, and second bedroom are deactivated.
- young children (between 1-12 years old) are not admitted. Smoking inside is prohibited and pets are not allowed.
- Events allowed; In case of bad weather, the indoor living room can comfortably accommodate up to 24 guests, arranged as three tables of eight. In good weather, the outdoor lake-view terrace allows for a slightly higher number of guests, providing a beautiful and flexible setting for the event. A dedicated wedding package is available on request and includes a minimum stay of three nights for the couple, accommodation for four additional guests, and the exclusive use of the property for the ceremony and related celebrations.
