The space

The property features a private swimming pool which can be heated on request, a private tennis court and a mooring in front of the villa. Guests also benefit from a private chef for dinner, daily continental breakfast and daily housekeeping, making Villa Donzella an appealing choice for a relaxed, serviced stay on Lake Como.
The villa is approximately 10 minutes from Menaggio, where guests can find shops, restaurants and other amenities. Como, Bellagio, Tremezzo and Isola Comacina are among the area's attractions to explore.

Interior
Villa Donzella is arranged over three main floors, with an additional ground-floor bedroom and a separate annex available on request. The interiors have a glamorous, traditional feel, with antique furniture, spacious reception rooms and lake views from many of the bedrooms and shared spaces.

Ground Floor
The ground floor features a large living room with sofas, an open fireplace and satellite TV. Doors lead directly onto the lawn, providing an attractive place to relax while enjoying views of the lake.
A formal dining room offers ample space for group meals, while the professional-style kitchen is equipped with a large fridge and freezer, dishwasher, gas hob, washing machine and ovens.
A spacious veranda of approximately 85 m² provides an additional entertainment area, with table tennis and table football.
A double or twin bedroom with a shower room suitable for disabled; its window opens onto the playroom, so guests should be aware of this arrangement when choosing the room.

First Floor - Three Bedrooms
All three bedrooms on this floor have air conditioning, lake views and beds that can be arranged as doubles or twins.
• Yellow Bedroom: A double or twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. It shares a large, furnished terrace overlooking the lake with the Lilac Bedroom. An extra bed is available on request.
• Lilac Bedroom: A double or twin bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bathtub and shower. It also has access to the shared furnished terrace. No extra bed is available.
• Ivory Bedroom: A double or twin bedroom with garden-facing windows and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. An extra bed is available on request.

Second Floor - Two Bedrooms and Games Room
This floor has a games room with a pool table and views of Lake Como, offering another space for guests to gather and relax.
There are two double or twin bedrooms, each with an en-suite bathroom featuring a bathtub and shower:
• Pink Bedroom: A lake-view bedroom with an en-suite bathroom featuring a Jacuzzi bathtub and a large shower. An extra bed is available on request.
• Ivory Bedroom: A bedroom with garden-facing windows and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. An extra bed is available on request.

Third Floor - Three Bedrooms
All three bedrooms on this floor have lake views and can be arranged as doubles or twins, with the exception of the Light Blue Bedroom, which has a queen-size bed.
• Orange Bedroom: A double or twin bedroom with an en-suite shower room. An extra bed is available on request.
• Light Blue Bedroom: A queen-size bedroom with an en-suite shower room. No extra bed is available.
• Green Bedroom: A double or twin bedroom with garden-facing windows and an en-suite bathroom with a bathtub and shower. An extra bed is available on request.
Two additional single beds can also be added on this floor.

Separate Annex - Available on Request
A separate annex near the main villa offers accommodation for two people, with one double or twin bedroom and a shower room. It is available on request.

Outdoor Areas
The outdoor spaces are designed for relaxing and entertaining, with views of Lake Como and the surrounding mountains.
The fenced private swimming pool measures approximately 8 x 5 metres and is 1.25 metres deep. It can be illuminated at night and is furnished with sun loungers for relaxing beside the water.
A terrace with a gazebo provides a generous setting for group gatherings, family reunions and special celebrations. The property also has a private tennis court and a private boat mooring in front of the villa.
Included Services

Villa Donzella offers a high level of service throughout the stay:

• Private chef for dinner, included in the price. The chef purchases the ingredients, which guests pay for directly in cash at the end of their stay.
• Daily continental breakfast, including bread, marmalade, butter, tea, milk, coffee, croissants, cereals, cheese and ham.
• Daily housekeeping: three members of staff for three hours each morning, except Sundays and public holidays.
• Daily towel change, except Sundays and public holidays.
• Bed linen change twice a week.
• Pool towel change once a week.
• Luxury Hermès Eau d’Orange Verte bath products, replenished daily.

Villa Donzella enjoys a prestigious position near Menaggio, on Lake Como, with beautiful views across the lake and towards the surrounding mountains.
Menaggio's shops and restaurants are approximately 10 minutes away. The villa is well placed for exploring the lake, including visits to Como, Bellagio, Tremezzo and Isola Comacina.
