The space

Have a coffee or a glass of wine in the Piazzetta: the heart of Capri's social life, a tiny square bordered by chic pavement cafes, where the world's beautiful people come to be seen after their shopping in the exclusive boutiques of the historic center. Order a pair of made-to-measure sandal and have it ready one hour later. Enjoy the food, the wine of the island and take a special cooking class directed by a professional chef.

Capri and the harbor are 15 minutes by car / bus. The island is also the perfect base from which to explore the artistic, historic and natural treasures located on the other islands of the Bay of Naples as Ischia and Procida and on the mainland like Sorrento, Pompei, Positano by day trips and excursions by hydrofoil.

The property has been recently restored, each piece has been carefully chosen to create a harmonious blend between classic, good taste and comforts. Beautiful paintings and prints adorns the walls given to each room a cozy atmosphere.

Ground floor: living room with decorative fireplace opens directly to the patio and the garden, one air conditioned double/twin bedroom to the garden with en-suite bathroom with shower, one air conditioned double/twin bedroom with separate private bathroom with tub, one twin bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower (not air conditioned; this room has a window facing north), dining room with table for 10 and double doors opening to the pool side area, kitchen (equipped with 4-burner gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee maker, fridge/freezer, dishwasher). Laundry room with washing machine.

First floor: double air conditioned bedroom with sea view and access to the terrace with breath-taking view, bathroom with tub, air conditioned sitting room with decorative fireplace with large windows overlooking the sea, flat screen satellite TV and DVD, terrace equipped with deck chairs.

Outdoor: private garden (1000 sq. m) and multiple terraces with stunning sea view and outdoor furniture perfect for "al fresco" dinner, circular swimming pool (6m - depth 1.80m), poolside patio with umbrellas and dining area. The walled garden characterized by Mediterranean flowers offers breathtaking views of the blue sea. Olive trees surround the large terrace, decorated with pots and statues.

In the island scooters can be hired but not cars. You can take your car in the island, but we suggest to get a cab or the bus.

Facilities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi, satellite TV, fax and telephone, dishwasher, washing machine, parking for two cars available (although in the island there is no need to drive), cleaning service and maid service 3 hrs per day / 6 days per week, breakfast service (Italian breakfast), gardener/pool maintenance 6 days per week. On request cook for lunch and dinner, extra maid service, personal laundry (all chargeable). Pets are welcome!
