The space

PLEASE NOTE: Please note that Villa Alba Di Mare is completely independent, ensuring full privacy. The villa’s first floor is not available for rent, as it is used by the owner. It has a completely separate entrance, and no spaces are shared.

INTERIORS
Set entirely on the ground floor it welcomes guests into interiors which are bright and stylish, with vaulted ceilings and original architectural features.
The main living space includes:
• A spacious lounge and dining area with traditional stella and botte ceilings

The sleeping rooms develop across five air-conditioned bedrooms, each with its own en-suite bathroom, mosquito screens, and thoughtful design:

• Bedroom 2: Double bed (170x200), sea & garden views, direct garden access, en-suite bathroom with shower

• Bedroom 5: Double bed (170x200), with shower located inside the bedroom.

The villa opens onto an 800 sqm private garden, beautifully paved and furnished for outdoor living. At the heart of it lies a new saltwater swimming pool (5m x 8m, depth 1.4m; open all year round), surrounded by a sunbathing terrace and shaded seating.

• Two covered private parking spaces with electric car charging points
• Electric gate and full privacy from the upper floor (used by the discreet owner with a separate entrance)
