The villa provides a private pool (10mt*5 mt, max depth 1.25 mt, min depth 1.25 mt) and a very large garden equipped with hammocks, sun loungers and a children's playground. There is also a spacious patio well equipped with an outdoor kitchen and a dining area, perfect for relaxation or alfresco dining and an outdoor hut tub.

The villa's (160 mq) consists of four apartments situated in two separate buildings positioned opposite each other. Each apartment has its own private entrance and air condition: three apartments have a living/dining room with double sofa beds, a kitchen, a bedroom with double beds, and an ensuite bathroom with a shower. One apartment has a living/dining room, a single bed, a kitchen and a separate bathroom with a shower accessible from the living room.
