Trullo Olivo (80 sqm) is developed on the ground floor and consists of a dining room with a table and four chairs, two double bedrooms with a shower in each bedroom, and en suite bathrooms with a sink and toilet. A large outdoor kitchen/dining area is separate from the Trullo.

This property has access to a private and heated swimming pool (length 4 mt, max depth 1.2 mt, min depth 1.2 mt, width 12 mt) and a garden surrounded by an ample, partially fenced green space (3000 sqm). It also provides a barbecue, garden furniture and free private fenced parking.
