The space

The house is accessed via a small gate that opens into the garden with swimming pool (10m x 3m; depth 1,30m). The property is fenced and allows pets.

The rooms, under star-vaulted ceilings, are spacious and bright. A corridor divides the living room from the sleeping area. The sleeping area consists of 3 double bedrooms with en-suite bathrooms with shower; one of the bedrooms with access to the garden.

The living room is bright and it consists of a sitting room with tv and a kitchen. From the kitchen, you have access to the garden with citrus trees. Moreover, there is a beautiful covered porch with outdoor dining area.
