This lovely villa with a private swimming pool is located just a short drive from Mancaversa, a seaside town with supermarkets, shops, and restaurants. A family-friendly villa, the nearest beach is just 3-minutes’ drive north of Mancaversa and Torre Suda beach (2.5 km) offers excellent snorkelling, a newly built boardwalk, and a playground where families can relax while their children play. The pretty town of Gallipoli, a historical port, with a daily fish market and some nice shops, is just a 10-minute drive from the villa.

The space

Villa Diana (100 sqm) is a fully detached property which develops over one level.

The villa includes a living room furnished with a double sofa bed and TV, as well as a well-equipped kitchen complete with a table and chairs. In the sleeping area, there are two double bedrooms with double beds, one of which has an ensuite bathroom with a shower. Additionally, there is a separate bathroom equipped with a shower.

Outside, you will find a shady dining terrace featuring a bench seat, a dining table, and a barbecue, perfect for alfresco meals. The terraced garden spanning 350 sqm, hosts a private swimming pool measuring 4 x 8 m, with a depth of 1.5m. Additionally, there is fenced onsite parking available for added convenience and security.
