Villa Karaja (86 sqm) is a fully detached property which consists of a main villa which develops over one level, and a trullo.

MAIN VILLA (sleeps 4)

The living area in the main villa includes a comfortable sitting room with a sofa and a TV, as well as a well-equipped kitchen (with a table). In the sleeping area, there is one double bedroom featuring a double bed and ensuite bathroom with a shower, one double bedroom with a double bed, and one bathroom equipped with shower.

TRULLO (sleeps 2)

The trullo is situated in the garden next to the pool. It consists of one double bedroom featuring a double bed and an ensuite bathroom (with a shower). Outside the trullo, you will find a shady terrace furnished with a small table and chairs, where you can relax and unwind.

The villa is fully fenced and features a spacious garden (4,000 sqm) with lawns and a private swimming pool (4 x 10 m; 1.3 m deep; open when the villa is available for booking) with a sunbathing terrace. An inviting shady dining area and an outdoor kitchen with barbecue facilities provide a relaxing setting for alfresco dining, and there is onsite parking for added convenience.
