CASA RODODENDRO (sleeps 6)

Casa Rododendro (90 sqm) develops over one level.

You enter the property through a large veranda that runs along two sides of the house. Inside, you will find a large living/dining room with a sitting area (with sofa, fireplace, and TV) and a dining area (with dining table). The living room leads to a well-equipped kitchen (including an oven and toaster) and a bathroom (with shower).

In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed), one twin/double bedroom (with two single beds that can be joined together to form a double bed), one twin/double bedroom (with single bed and single pull-out bed that can be joined together to form a double bed) and one bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa has a private garden and two verandas (with tables for outdoor dining), a barbecue and sun loungers. There is also an outdoor shower and a parking space in the driveway which is shared with the Casa Violacciocca.

Casa Violacciocca (90 sqm) develops over one level.

You enter the property from a large veranda. Inside, you will find an open plan living/dining room with a sitting area (with sofa) and a dining area (with dining table). The living room leads to a well-equipped kitchen (including an oven and toaster) and a bathroom (with shower).

In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) and two single/twin/double bedrooms (each with a single bed and single pull-out bed, that can be joined together on request). In this area there is also a second bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa has two private gardens (one facing the sea and one at the back of the house) with two verandas with tables for outdoor dining, a barbecue and deckchairs. There is also an outdoor shower and a parking space in the driveway which is shared with Casa Rododendro.
