The space

Casa Violacciocca (90 sqm) develops over one level. The house shares a driveway (with electronic gate) with the house next door, and you enter the property from a large veranda.

Inside, you will find an open plan living/dining room with a sitting area (with sofa) and a dining area (with dining table). The living room leads to a well-equipped kitchen (including an oven and toaster) and a bathroom (with shower).

In the sleeping area, you will find one double bedroom (with double bed) and two single/twin/double bedrooms (each with a single bed and single pull-out bed, that can be joined together on request). In this area there is also a second bathroom (with shower).

Outside, the villa has two gardens (one facing the sea and one at the back of the house) with two verandas with tables for outdoor dining, a barbecue and deckchairs. There is also an outdoor shower and a parking space in the driveway which is shared with the adjacent villa.
