Located in the Morciano Di Leuca area of Puglia, Villa Romana is a lovely modern villa with a private swimming pool. Situated in the countryside just 3 km from the seaside town of Torre Vado where you can find shops, restaurants and other amenities, the villa is ideal for a relaxing holiday with family or friends. Torre Vado beach has sandy and rocky areas and there are sea caves between Torre Vado and Punta Meliso which are nice for exploring, swimming, and diving. The area also offers water sports, boating, fishing, horse riding and hiking opportunities.

The space

Villa Romana (160 sqm) develops over one level.

The villa consists of a living room (with sofas and access to the terrace), a well-equipped kitchen and four double bedrooms (with double beds) with ensuite bathrooms (with shower).

Outside you will find a large garden featuring a private swimming pool (10m x 4m; depth 1.3m-1.6m), with a sun terrace (with sun loungers and umbrellas), a shady outdoor dining area (with table for 6 and a barbecue) and onsite parking.
