The space

Located on a small hill, developing over 200 square metres on different levels, the villa consists of a main unit and two annexes.

The main house consists of a renovated trullo or "lamia" with thick walls and barrel-vaulted ceiling. Inside, we have a dining area with well-equipped kitchen, and a living room with sofas and TV. On this level there is a twin bedroom (that can become a double bedroom by pushing the beds together) with additional single bed, a double bedroom with additional bed and a separate bathroom with shower.

One annex is located at a lower level than the main house and it consist of a triple bedroom and bathroom with shower.

The other annex is at a higher level than the main unit and it consists of an air-conditioned double bedroom with ceiling fans and bathroom with shower.

Outside, we have a large private pool (65 cubic metres; max 1.75m deep; open from June 15 to September 30) with sea views, sun lounges and a gazebo with seating area and shade. Each dependence has its own terrace.

Facilities: satellite TV, barbecue, air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, washing machine, dishwasher, private parking (4 spaces), fridge, freezer, hairdryer, alarm system, microwave, mosquito nets on all windows, security safe, fireplace.
