The space

The villa itself develops on three levels, linked via an internal lift and external stairs, and 200 square metres.

On the ground floor we have the living room, a spacious area with sofa, dining table with chairs and open plan kitchen. The room has large floor to ceiling doors that open on the terrace. From here, an internal lift takes us up to the first floor.

On the first floor we have the night area with two double bedrooms and one twin bedroom. One of the double bedrooms has access to a beautiful terrace with sea views.

On the second floor we have a large terrace with guest bathroom (toilet and sink only), solarium and shaded area, perfect for meals.

The bathrooms are: two bathrooms with shower, one bathroom with bath tub and the guest bathroom on the second floor.

Outside, the property offers a private swimming pool (7.5x5m; 1.5m deep; open from May 1st to October 31st) with sun lounges. In front of the pool we have another terrace with table and chairs.
