Decorated in a minimal and modern style, the villa develops over just one level, with a beautiful sun roof terrace. Inside, we find a large and bright living area with dining table, chairs, open plan kitchen and direct access to the terrace.
The sleeping rooms consists of one double bedroom, one bedroom with bunk beds, one room with sofa bed (120cm, suitable for one person). One separate bathroom with shower.
Outside, we have an private swimming pool (10x5m; 1.2-1.25m deep; open from May 1st to October 30th) with sun loungers and umbrellas. Facing the pool area, we have a covered terrace with table and chairs from where you can monitor the children in the pool. At the back of the house, there is another shaded terrace with table, chairs and an outdoor kitchen area. External stairs lead us to the rooftop where we find a gazebo with seating area and sun loungers, from where you can view the sea.
Facilities: air conditioning, TV, barbecue, dishwasher, fridge, freezer, electric oven, toaster, washing machine, alarm system, Internet, iron, kettle, security safe, video surveillance, microwave, hairdryer, coffee machine (Lavazza "a modo mio"). Only small pets allowed.
