The space

This 250 square metres modern villa develops over two levels. The levels are not connected internally.

On the ground floor, we find a large covered terrace with sofas. From here we can access the inside with an open plan living area, furnished with table and chairs, open kitchen and living room with sofa and TV. The sleeping area consists of two double bedrooms, a third double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower. One additional separate bathroom with shower.

External stairs take us down to the lower level where we have another large living room with dining area, sofa and TV, as well as a second kitchen. The sleeping area consists of three double bedrooms with en-suite showers and one twin bedroom with en-suite bathrooms with shower.

Outside, the garden area is well furnished and here we find a private swimming pool which can be semi-heated (open from April 1st to October 31st) equipped with sun loungers, sun beds and umbrellas. There is a shaded gazebo with table and chairs for al-fresco meals.

Facilities: air conditioning, Wi-Fi Internet, TV, barbecue, video surveillance, electric oven, washing machine, alarm system, dishwasher, microwave, fridge, freezer, dryer, heating, private parking, hairdryer, toaster, mixer, tidying up every 2 days (change of linen not included, can be done on request), bed linen, bathroom and pool towels.
