The space

Composed of a main house and two trulli dependances, it develops over 200 internal square metres.

MAIN HOUSE
Here, we find a beautiful, modern, bright and large open plan area with sofa corner, armchairs, dining area and open plan kitchen with island and modern amenities. The sleeping area here consists of: one double bedroom with king sized bed, one twin bedroom (which can become double by pushing the beds together), and one with French bed (140cm wide, better suited for 2 children or one adult). Each bedroom has an en-suite bathroom, one with bathtub and two with shower.

TRULLI
Approximately 30 metres from the main house we find the trulli annexes, beautifully restored, each with independent access. The first one offers one double bedroom with en-suite bathroom with shower, while the second trullo has one double bedroom and one twin bedroom (these two rooms are not independent, to reach the twin room you must pass through the double bedroom) with shared bathroom with shower.

The outside area consists of beautiful shaded areas and terraces, furnished with table and chairs for al-fresco meals and comfortable garden furniture. The private swimming pool (12x3.5m; 1.4m deep; open from May 1st to October 3st) can be found a little away from the house and is equipped with sun lounges and umbrellas. Next to the pool we have a shaded gazebo with more seating.

Facilities: air conditioning in the main house, Internet (coverage in the main house only), barbecue, TV, mid-week cleaning (3 hours, 3 days a week), table tennis, private parking, washing machine, dryer, Nespresso coffee machine, alarm system, dishwasher, microwave, hairdryer, baby cot, fridge, freezer, electric oven, iron. Pets allowed on request.

Please note: the bathrooms do not have bidets. Municipal garbage service door to door not present. Disposal at the ecological island to be paid by the customer or extra service at a cost of € 100 / week to be paid on the spot.
