The villa develops over two levels and 300 square metres.
Inside, we find a large open space room with sitting area, sofas and TV; a dining area and open plan kitchen. There is also a basement area with laundry room and storage.
The sleeping area is divided between the ground floor and the first floor, and consists of a total of 4 bedrooms, of which 3 doubles and 1 quadruple with double bed + two single beds. On each floor there is a bathroom with shower.
Outside, we have a large covered terrace with table and chairs, a private swimming pool (12x6m; 1m – 1.55m deep; open from May 1st to October 31st) with sun lounges. By the pool area, we also find a shaded area with table, chairs and outdoor seating furniture.
Facilities: air conditioning in each bedroom, Wi-Fi Internet, barbecue, TV, heating, washing machine, bikes, electric oven, freezer, fridge, microwave, baby cot, iron, pets allowed.
Possibility to collect the products of the garden and take advantage of fresh chicken eggs every morning. Possibility of catering service. On request we organize fishing-tourism trips. Opportunity to visit the winery, where excellent Apulian wine is produced.
